The Case for a Serious Middle-School Technology Curriculum
Bilingual and international schools need technology programs that are more coherent than device use and more practical than vague innovation language.
Middle-school technology can become the spine of a strong practical curriculum. It can connect mathematics, science, design, language, and craftsmanship.
The work needs sequence. Students should not drift from app to app. They should accumulate power: logic, circuits, data, design process, documentation, testing, and technical explanation.
